Apparently, my approach of only tracking carbs, and just 'keeping an eye on' my protein (not letting them get too high, in my case) and healthy fats (eating in moderation, unless I'm still hungry and then I add extra), while avoiding processed/junky foods… all constitutes a 'Lazy Keto' approach. That's fine by me!
